Well my cousin sent me a letter by mail the other day. I have not received a letter in the mail in a long time, normally people reach out to me on the internet. Now, having received a letter in the mail, I realize how impersonal it is to "chat" with someone on AIM, Facebook or email.
I sat down and responded to her on an adorable card with cream colors and pink flowers all over the front. It was really fun to write down a message for once and mail it off, I cant wait to do it again!
But first I must invest in some cute letters such as these, all pink and frilly, something that will make people smile when they open the less beautiful, plain, white envelope.
My cousin and I are making this "letters in the mail" a tradition now, we are becoming "pen-pals" in a sense. I encourage you to find someone to write to, its really thrilling! I plan on saving each letter I receive from her, I can't wait to watch the collection grow over time.
